This is a new launcher named "Note Pro Home"made by HarshitShetty, based on the mammoth 12.2" tablet Samsung Galaxy Note Pro. This is an attempt to get the feel of that device on every device. (Themed like Note Pro with Galaxy Note III - styled Home screen)
Note: This app is a highly modded version of Coeee Launcher.
